We are a church that will love you to life. We have a wide variety of programs and services that will transform your life one day at a time. Pastor Tony and Elder Monique have a very unique ministry in the city of Cleveland.
Minister Kane Jackson
Assists the pastors with ministerial duties and support as the need arises. He is assigned to specific tasks to perform or oversee under te direction of the pastors. He also serves as a liaison to church committees and team ministry efforts.
A dynamic men’s group that meets regularly. Men need the support and encouragement of other men. It will be a time not just of the Word, and sharing but of fellowship where we sharpen one another. Our Men’s Ministry also teaches male responsibility and effective fathering.
The same way education is important to our natural lives, Christian Education is important to our spiritual lives. Not only is there a focus on spiritual revelation of the Word of God, but there are “Life Lessons” – teachings that are relevant to home life.
A vibrant Women’s group that meets regularly. They support one another through different activities that support the strengths of a woman. They have support groups for the single/teen mothers and their struggles by offering assistance when needed. This includes outreach and support for single parents and their children.
Youth and Youth Adult
A lively and enthusiastic group that meets regularly for encouragement and activities that support their overall spiritual and natural maturity. This group has a focus on an outreach ministry that is geared for today’s young people. Being relevant is important to gaining and winning today’s culture. They are highly trained and motivated to do the will of God for their lives.
We Train and develop a group of ministers that not only love the Word, and to preach, but have a sense of discipline and order about their lives. They meet once a month for ministry training and occasionally prepare, preach sermons, and teach classes. They are trained in alter work, prayer, and the conducting of liturgy.
Derrick C.W. Childs
It is our goal to stay visible in the community by offering activities and making friends with our surrounding neighbors. We will host things like block parties, community meetings, offer assistance wherever we can to help alleviate the burden of life. We also host holiday gatherings/meals, visitations, during the summer months – plan and have services outside, (parking lot, park), and back to school rallies/giveaways.
Marriage & Family
This group meets once a month to support families/marriages in crisis or just needing encouragement. During our sessions we discuss family/
marriage values in a practical yet fun way. Our monthly leads bring topics to the table, unless there is a pressing need. We have refreshments, childcare, prayer, and most of all FUN. We meet once a month with our couples night out – dinner and a activity for married couples.
Facility & Rental Maintenance
The major objective and responsibility of the Facilities Manager is to serve the church by overseeing the day to day facility operations and security needs. In addition possessing a passion for excellence, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Colossians 3:22-24
AKA as "The Anointed Voices of Praise". There is something beautiful about the diversity of the choir - young and old with unique testimonies and backgrounds blend together with one voice to exalt, magnify, and sing praises to our God
Health & Wellness
The River of Life has been blessed with many health professionals and educators who educate the community on natural health and wellness in addition to meeting their spiritual health needs. Free blood pressure screenings, blood sugar screenings and nutrition classes are offered monthly.
The altar is a very vital place for souls to come to the Lord and connect with His presence. It is our desire as a ministry that the altar be a place of worship healing and a genuine encounter with God.
